The Center for Produce Safety has awarded well over $18 million and supported more than 100 research projects since its founding in 2007.
Results of that research have yielded practical answers to critical questions surrounding food safety practices in fruit, vegetable and tree nut production.
But more must be done. That’s why the Center for Produce Safety has launched The Campaign for Produce Safety. Our goal is to secure $20 million over a five-year period.
