Enhancing fresh produce food safety begins with open, honest conversations—and having the right people at the table. CPS fosters a safe space for diverse produce safety stakeholders to engage in meaningful two-way dialogues, including:
- The fresh produce supply chain: from growers to processors, retailers, and foodservice
- Regulators: state and national, U.S. and Canada
- Public health agencies
- Research scientists and extension
