The Center for Produce Safety Webinar Series connects the produce industry directly with researchers working to address critical food safety challenges.
Selected by produce industry members to be featured in this webinar series, four CPS-funded research projects will be presented throughout October, covering antimicrobial treatments, enteric virus survival, agricultural water risk and sanitation of food-contact surfaces.
Hear directly from the researchers as they share their findings and discuss the practical implications for produce safety.
