The 2024 CPS Research Symposium featured fifteen projects covering a spectrum of industry food safety research priorities. The Research Learnings provide a brief summary of Symposium Highlights followed by a more detailed discussion of research project results.
These results are organized into three areas to guide the actions industry executives may consider:
(1) results that merit immediate action from your produce food safety team,
(2) results that reinforce current best practices and represent opportunities for renewed training or finetuning and,
(3) findings you should be aware of and monitor as further research enables practicable operational value.
