Center for Produce Safety held our fourth annual Produce Research Symposium in Rochester, New York at the Wegmans Conference Center on June 25-26, 2013. The symposium featured reports on 16 CPS-funded research projects, and discussions on what the research means to the produce industry. We have endeavored to identify 10 key lessons learned from the symposium below. Key Learnings Synopsis

  1. Listeria: seek and destroy.
